      Pros

      At Home actually had good benefits and pay for management. For the most part it is a growing company and developing its corporate culture as it goes.

      Cons

      Lack of HR to properly handle situations that arise in the stores. Logistics, they send whatever they have from the warehouse not what your store actually needs. So they sit heavy on some things and really light on product that is selling through. Stores tend to be messy because the entire focus is on getting merchandise from the truck to the floor with little regard to presentation.
