      Supervisor experience Gained and used Customer Support Supervisor experienced Gained and used\ Pay is average and hours were always fluctuating Annual sales bonus but, only if entire store sales increased

      Didn't pay anything higher than starting wages Had more experience than job required and didn't utilize Annual Bonus is based upon entire store increasing sales when i started Terminated due to fault as supervisor managers hand all blame down to supervisor\MOD's Corporate doesn't seem to understand what goes on at store levels HR doesn't care for employees

      Hard to move up. New hires often get promoted over people who have been there for a longer time. Pay could be better
