      Pros

      There is a 25% discount. The company is growing quickly.

      Cons

      The company mismanages processes and is not open to feedback from the store level. Require 50 hour weeks but only pay for 40. DMs frequently make salaried leaders work 6 days a week. Too many conflicting priorities and not enough support from home office. Not enough support for the store teams from Home Office.

      I feel like the "family" management wants to build doesn't exist. There's blatant favoritism. I'm always handling the front registers and stopped getting any other training for months so I don't even get the chance to be the worker they want me to be. I just expect to be standing at the front my whole shift and doing bathrooms for the night. HR number doesn't work. Call in number doesn't work, so you have to directly tell your boss and hope for the best. No loss prevention. Had 3 people get hired in the time I worked here only to see them gone in a week. The guy I got hired with is also home already, so we're understaffed. Only work here if you can adapt to frequent change.
