Pros

Growing company with many opportunities for moving up. A few managers were reclassified as hourly (such as me), so am finally getting paid overtime when I work over 40 hours.

Cons

Mostly hire part-time help that have other jobs. This status causes availability to be slim from other employees to cover shifts when someone calls off.

Pros

There were none that came to mind.

Cons

Hours routinely cut. Punished if you were not getting enough "email captures" for each month. Similar to a high school than an employer. Alot of favoritism between management and certain employees. Things like theft, sexual harassment and laziness were looked over if you were in the management's good graces.
