There is a 25% discount. The company is growing quickly.

Cons

The company mismanages processes and is not open to feedback from the store level. Require 50 hour weeks but only pay for 40. DMs frequently make salaried leaders work 6 days a week. Too many conflicting priorities and not enough support from home office. Not enough support for the store teams from Home Office.

Excellent Company and great co-workers. Everyone really works as a team. at least they did when I was there. managers should in courage team work.
