Pros

Most of the employees not in management positions were pleasant. It's a self service store, so you're mostly left to yourself to complete any work. Most of the selection was decent, but there were quite a bit of cheap products as well.

Cons

Scheduling was atrocious. Store hours during holidays is an absolute joke for an American, Texas based company. Hierarchy of positions is confusing. Where to begin? Honestly, the worst company I've ever worked for. Management is never on the same page, and there is too much micromanagement. The company is so cheap, and the pay is insulting. The company never provides any incentives for employees or any type of reward for hard work. There's not much comradery between employees, and the company doesn't seem to care about team building.
