Pros

Great pay, discount (25% off), associates were very helpful, customers are nice

Cons

Management sucked, long hard hours, extremely hard labor, under appreciated, frequent cuts and bruises, not many people on the floor so work load is excessive, late nights and early mornings (running on 4-5 hours of sleep for a 10 hours shift), if you don't ask for your break chances are they will forget and you won't get one

Depending on location you may have mandatory overtime and that money is nice. Decent benefits and discount.

Cons

Difficult to become full time. There are no original employees left at the location I worked for and the store is only 2 years old.

Pros

Honestly, the people i work with excluding management, and the employee discount. Which is 25% off. Easy place to work for.

Cons

Management falls apart. Managers throwing employees under the bus. Scheduling is messed up. Some weeks you get decent hours, others you get maybe 15hrs that week. Management only cares about themselves. They tell you no phones on the floor yet they are on the phone with friends. Can't voice your opinion because they don't listen.
