Pros

Better pay than Walmart or Target for part time

Cons

Everything was awful. A store the size of a Walmart with 12 total employees. Screaming managers. No working phone line. You had to call corporate to call in sick and then you would leave a message and half the time corporate would never tell your actual store you weren't coming in so the store managers would always call you screaming about how you didn't call out. They would close the store with only one person up front watching all the lanes and it was generally not safe at all.

Pros

Employee discount. Yes that is the only one.

Cons

Poor management, constant nonsense changes, micro-management, poor execution of changes that are rolled out, lack of focus, 1000 emails a day 90% are useless. No pay increase as promised. District Managers are poor leaders and will throw you under the bus. Hot old run down buildings. Rebranding to At Home does not help with the same leadership.
