      Made close friends, made my own hours, was able to talk openly to managers.

      Cons

      Work was slow, besides the holidays, there was not much business.

      Decent initial pay. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. New owners have a grand vision for the company in hopes of an IPO and selling it. Putting their own stamp on it and changing everything in the company to support the IPO. Unable to terminate employees to keep turnover low, no 401k, no performance increases, or raises at all. Total disorganization due to the change direction of the company. No one really knows what is going on at corporate. Current employees are just trying to survive the change.
