Too much to explain in a short amount of time. If you are looking for a company that has morals, look elsewhere. If you are looking to elevate within the company, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a company that is transparent, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a manager who will treat you like a human, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a company that respects you and your time, look elsewhere. Overall, just look elsewhere and forget about this place or only shop here.

Pros

You could get a bonus depending how your store did in sales. You got 25% off for a discount.

Cons

Understaffed a lot, treated employees badly, toxic environment, biweekly pay. Covid protocols at my store were non existent.

Cons

Very reactive instead of proactive, bogus accountability within company, and they do not do a good job educating employees on important professional relations issues as in workplace violence, sexual harassment, etc.
