Pros

Coworkers are nice, if you work hard you can get promoted, had a great boss but I think that's rare in this company, discount is 25% off which is pretty good.

Cons

Pay is terrible for the amount of work you do, company doesn't seem to care about the employees. Everyone came to work during covid and we had tons of business, the company never gave anyone a bonus for working so hard throughout that. I have worked there for over a year and never got a raise other than when I was promoted to shift supervisor which is only a dollar more than the base pay. Never enough staff on the floor, people always got hired and left the next week so they are always short staffed. People would show up late all the time and management wouldn't really do anything about it.
