      Pros

      At Home keeps its retail system as simple as possible. There is always work to do, and has the most amazing work environment that I’ve been apart of. The people I’ve worked with are some of the most amazing individuals I’ve worked with, and am so thankful to have gotten to know them. The managers are also all amazing and are always there to help you, they are always understanding as well. All in all it is a great place to work if you need a job.

      Cons

      The company claims it is trying to be the best place to work, but it doesn’t feel like it, when they don’t offer benefits (besides life insurance) for all employees (only management gets benefits). Associates are severely under paid for all the work they do, and in the end it really isn’t worth it. They are not the BEST company out there to work for, but the are a good company to work for, if you just need the work.

      Pros

      30 minute lunch and 2 additional 15 minute paid breaks on an 8 hour shift.

      Cons

      Higher management is awful, started at 45 hours a week and now I get 28, gossip is rampant and higher management is involved but won’t say anything to your face.
