A lot of work Little pay

Pros

They pay above minimum wage, I got 70¢ more per hour. The manager did work with my schedule, and that’s really it.

Cons

They require you to hit daily goals for credit card enrollment and perk memberships but you don’t get anything for hitting goal except you don’t get yelled at and get better hours. Most stores offer something I kept getting told we’re gonna do something when we have more people to be fair. I worked there 8 months and got nothing. The labor was very intense for a retail job and if you were not performing the manager would yell at you.

Pros

Only pro is the discount. That's not worth it though.

Cons

The management will oversee active sexual harassment and discourage employee safety for the sake of keeping a favored worker. They won't do anything with harassment or discrimination that is reported, and they'll even allow those in charge to partake for jokes sake. Watched a lot of employees around me suffer in the environment. They don't care about you. They hardly provide anything that shows they want workers anyway. A lot of bonus talk keeps managers on everyone's butt so they can soak in every last $$$ while refusing to pay the wage fit for these jobs. If I could give a 0/5 I would.
