Pros

- Sometimes they hire good people with adequate knowledge + experience - Sometimes they reward team successes with catered lunches, snacks + drinks - Unlike most retail jobs, you get a set schedule every week

Cons

- Management is plagued by poor leadership skills, petty social politics, and unprofessional tactics - High turnover due to lack of communications, support, + training - They don't stand by their brand values; they allow management to bully their employees into submission - They frequently change your allocated hours depending on the delivery schedule, which is sometimes 1-2 days a week. Don't expect to live off of these wages. - Don't expect to advance or be promoted, regardless of job performance or seniority
