Pros

Company genuinely cares about its workers.

Cons

Work life balance. Changing things constantly. Lack of product. Great pto but can't use it all. Pay not consistent with other big box retailers.

Pros

You learn to work hard for your money if you haven’t learned already. Customer service can have its downsides but you meet some really good people. When it’s really slow, it feels really nice — I often window shopped and goofed around with some coworkers during this time).

Cons

Since it’s a big warehouse, you are always on your feet and always moving. If you’re always on the register, that’s a different story but they usually need you out on the isles. It can be quite fast paced and stressful at moments — $10.50/hr didn’t seem enough to me as a college student with how hard I was working and putting in. Management was also quite uptight. Many people come and go but that’s the reality of this type of business.
