Poor management, no advancement, ow pay, lack of quality standards

Upper management is clueless about real life and the work it takes to get things done, accurately at the level they want. New management shows a lot of favoritism to people who have like 5 seconds worth of experience. It’s like the blind is leading the blind. Offer up valuable tools, solutions, etc. and you’re cast aside unless you’re part of the dream team. Ugh the dream team, associate buyer to GMM in 5 years without actually making an impact to the business. Hmmm!!! It’s sad that 4-5 yrs ago the company truly cared about the people. Now it’s all about making a buck and throwing people under the bus.
