It was much easier to approach supervisors with questions or issues than I've experienced at other jobs.

Cons

It was somewhat unorganized and there wasn't the best communication between supervisors and employees about what was going on week-to-week. Also, the training was not the best. I basically had to figure out most things on my own. The supervisor was gone the first week I started and I had to fend for myself and figure out what I was supposed to do when I started.

I like working with my coworker and the work they having you doing is not hard

Cons

They don't enough payroll to make a full staff, no cleaning crew so you have clean and not paid enough for that
