Incompetent managers/administration. Basically no HR. They try to disguise problems with "positivism". They keep elevating standards and no pay raise. Overlook good candidates for promotions; it's like they want the ones they can manipulate. Paychecks may be underpaid from time to time. Minimal communication; usually occurs only if they are required to. Gossipy environment; managers specially promote this. Unfulfilled promises; prizes, incentive programs, changes, etc. People getting fired all the time from any position. Overall tense and toxic environment. The list goes on.

If you make a mistake your yelled at in front of everyone . There is no respect given to any employee. Its a very racist company. They lie about raises given. I was there for 3yrs I never received a raise. There are bonuses given but if your not a certain race they will make up a reason for why you didn't get it. The supervisors and management talk about their employees personal business.
