      Pros

      Patients were a joy, most of the time.

      Cons

      Catty relationships among upper management, no raises, bills are never paid, nursing staff BARELY does their job, but somehow slides under the radar all while getting, raises, bonuses and extra income. Patients rule the roost and can quite literally have a drug trafficking ring in the building and nothing gets done about it.

      Most of the staff is caring.

      Cons

      Athena is not paying employees health insurance. New workers are treated better than ones who have been employed their for a long time. Too many call outs.The building is poorly managed. Poor communication. Over worked and understaffed. Lack of appreciation.
