Fair salary. Fair benefits. That's all is there.

Cons

Long hours. Unpredictability of work schedule - you may work late hours. Most patients are located in Athena facilities and their staff is very often rude and uncooperative - poor or no training about hospice services. A lot of driving!

If you are kind and don't mind working hard CNA work can be very rewarding. This company also pays well.

Cons

As a caring person, I take my responsibility to care for my residents very seriously. Unfortunately, this company is more concerned with their bottom line than they are with the welfare of their residents.

Great Co workers Supervisors tried to show they cared when corporate stopped

Cons

Corporate just changed over night and stopped Christmas parties, raises, or any nice thing that reminded us they cared, but had the money to go out and double the size of the comapny
