      No raises for rehab, nursing is rude

      Pros

      Patients are great, RD is great, I love my rehab coworkers. Occasional food from Mitch/order out for staff.

      Cons

      Rehab doesn’t get raises when everyone else does. I have outstanding health insurance bills for a year ago that aren’t paid, but I pay health insurance each week. Difficult to coordinate with nursing at times. CNAs on phones at nursing stations while call bells are lit.

      Good company still working to overcome the aftershock of COVID

      Pros

      Work hard to promote from within. The company has been around forever. They allow you to transfer from one facility to another as long as you are eligible.

      Cons

      The way they issue raises makes no sense. They are not done on merit. Their wage scales are "one rate" for everyone regardless experience. They struggle to pay bills like every other health care company out there.

      The worst nursing home company to work for. The high pay rate comes at a huge cost

      Cons

      Taking patients that the staff is not equipped to care for will be the downfall of this company. Do not risk your sanity and safety working for this company
