      It’s fine for prn work, but I wouldn’t dare do more than that.

      It’s got shady business practices unfortunately. Be careful if you plan to work there full time.

      Having underplayed employees who are dedicated to doing the right thing and caring about their work

      Cons

      This company hires staff only to fill a temporary position, offering double the pay of employees that have been with the company for 15+ years. There are no raises and no ways to move up under management.
