There are not any pros. The reactionary manage model used, is detrimental to the facility, company and more importanly to yourself.

Cons

Reginal support should be called, my way or the highway. They do not support, instead they demand. They don't mentor. Or teach, yet expect blind devotion. Kinda cult-like.

Supportive staff. Friendly environment. Growth potential. Goal focused with clinical outcomes. Great operating system for documentation and for managing financial with targets and caps.

Cons

Business is business. Quick decisions not well thought through. With holds information from workers as to salary changes and benefits. Poor communication between deparents at times. Waivering leadership and clinical guidance.
