Pros

First nursing home I worked in with multiple occupational therapists instead of just one OT and all OTAs. When I started the job I had a great manager, very professional. Very supportive environment and the best nursing home I had worked in.

Cons

Job started out great and then a new manager came in. I was very displeased with how little the new manager cared about her employees.

Can't think of any except it's helping me pay bills... slowly

Pay needs to be better, no significant 3rd shift differentials, NO weekend differential, no staff support always work short

Great benefit package - insurance is very reasonable. (Would love to see something like EyeMed added the next open enrollment...glasses are expensive!!) The Corporate folks I deal with are always pleasant. My Administrator is wonderful.... not afraid to roll her sleeves up and help when needed. Lots of room for growth in the company as a whole.

Cons

We just received a pay raise earlier this year, but I feel like the salaries could be a little more competitive.
