I have great co-workers. The insurance benefits are good, both dental and health. That is about all that is good about Athena!

Cons

Horrible corporate administration. Arbitrarily fire people and eliminate positions so that the work load for others is way too heavy.. Major micro-management from non health care professionals.

If you are kind and don't mind working hard CNA work can be very rewarding. This company also pays well.

Cons

As a caring person, I take my responsibility to care for my residents very seriously. Unfortunately, this company is more concerned with their bottom line than they are with the welfare of their residents.
