Pros

I've worked overseas since pay is higher but when I decided to go back in the Philippines, I found Athena. I didn't know that it's possible to earn more while I'm at home. I get to be with my family while being productive at work. I get to see my kids grow up while earning and saving for their future. They say you can't have the best of both worlds but with Athena. It's possible. Want to know how? Well, you should try it out! Best leaders, managers, colleagues you'll ever had.

Cons

You'll get fat (if you don't discipline yourself) since you're at home

Pros

I'm currently a member of a team that always strives for the better while also helping you to do better. Everyone in the team has been supportive and realistic when it comes to expectations and they have great camaraderie. When you become a part of Athena, you can expect to become a full-time EA while you're at the comfort of your home. Athena provides a permanent full-time job with a competitive salary with great management.

Cons

Haven't had any cons to share. I'm surely happy here compared to my past experiences.

Pros

I've been with Athena for a little over 3 months now. I want to say that I've grown and learned a lot. In the time of Covid where everyone is just working at home, Athena is a place where people in the lowest of ranks have a voice and are heard. Bonus: Athena has amazing support programs like the Pet Support where people can reimburse a certain amount of their vet expense.
