Pros

Before, I used to think that 'work-and-life harmony' is just an older concept, wishful thinking. But that has changed drastically when I joined Athena - I am now able to align my passion with my profession. The company values are impressive and the culture is clearly conducive to a positive working environment. I am able to work alongside other like-minded people who support you in your work to achieve greater things. Apart from being able to genuinely be me, I feel a great sense of pride working here. Athena is a community of talented and bright individuals that are constantly moving forward.

Cons

There's none I can think of.

Pros

1.) Leadership keen to push positive change and growth within the company, CEO not afraid to receive constructive feedback to improve operations. 2.) Your voice gets heard - as long as you are willing to speak up. 3.) Inputs, big or small, are highly encouraged. 4.) A lot of BPO workers that are looking for a lucrative WFH opportunity usually find it here - but you have to highlight your value and do the work that's necessary. 5.) Internal team members are pushing the boundaries of the tech available - integration, scheduling, and training. Very exciting stuff!

Cons

1.) Going 1000+ MPH(or KPH for metric folks) has its downsides, especially when it comes to coordination and internal communication. 2.) If you are not used to a remote working environment, it will NOT work for you. Certain interactions that are easier to execute in an office will be exponentially difficult to do remotely - if you are not prepared. 3.) Trying to do a lot of things at the same time - shiny object syndrome. Usually, a few key objectives or goals get rolled over by the next "it" project/initiative/etc.
