The hiring process is well thought to ensure applicants can have an overview of the job role and its self-paced! The interviewer is very friendly and makes you feel relaxed so you can be more confident to express yourself. I was amazed at the onboarding process since it's very rare for a freelancing company to conduct stringent training so we can be fully prepared for the role. Lastly, they will ensure that you will be matched with a client in a timely manner.

Pros

The support stops after training. You have a dedicated EA Coach who will help you in building a deeper working relationship with your executive. You can also reach out to anyone who can help via multiple channels via Slack.

Cons

Improve feedback and coaching during training. It would be great if we could also check if trainees are getting a sufficient amount of support to become an effective Athena EA after training.
