The people you work with by far make it a great place to work. Flexible hours. Decent pay.

Cons

It is your typical retail like setting. Having to ask people to take surveys every time they check out is not fun.

Love working with like minded women who incorporate exercise into their daily life. Love the product as well as the performance guarantee. Athleta is a great place to work.

Cons

I would love to be able to get health benefits. The only other wish on my list would be working a fixed schedule.

Pros

Fun work environment, nice discounts, good managers. It was easy to pick up shifts and find coverage and it was fairly flexible. Managers offered incentives for doing a good job and recognized hard work.

Cons

There wasn't room for upward mobility, and very few full-time, benefitted positions. Would have been nice to have more incentives for those of us who worked very hard and had high sales.
