Business Outlook

Pros

They make an effort to hire outgoing, friendly women, so it's a fun place to work. Plus, there's a great discount and the clothing is great!

Cons

The hours can be hard, especially during the holidays (leave work at 11:15 pm, be clocked in the next morning by 7 am). Schedules only come out a couple weeks in advance and are constantly changing, making it impossible to really plan anything. That being said, the managers really made an effort to work with the employees if there was a scheduling conflict for individual shifts.
