      Working with other people and helping customers, great learning experience

      Drama, so much drama from other managers. Pay is low for the physical labor you put your body through as a product leader.

      Generous discount on quality fabrics.

      Cons

      Discrimination, bias and retaliation were my experiences. I received disparate treatment for the same matters that other employees of different race and age. I was treated differently than my coworkers and they frequently mentioned to me (unsolicited). The brand and certainly the store operated the exact opposite of their core cultural values. When I spoke up for myself I was punished until ultimately I left because I felt forced out. Company management know of these issues and have done NOTHING.

      Pros

      Great people, good benefits, great product and some access to cool projects in sustainability. Parking and cafe on site.

      Cons

      Very little flexability in terms of hours or working from home. Long very busy days. There is a gym on site but no one has time to use it.
