Pros

Great employees and coworkers within the store. Definitely make the retail industry much more fun.

Cons

Corporate literally does not care about its store associates. They do not care about how their practices and look books are taken in each store - even though most of the time product does not arrive in time and corporate visits do not go well because of this. They just need to do a better job of knowing what it is like to work in the store, because corporate leaders have absolutely no idea and it shows.
