Pros
The women who work with you are great and overall very supportive. The team really cares about one another. There was always a positive woman mindset. You can build good personal relationships with management.
Cons
Some managers loved to talk about what they should be working on but wouldn't actually do the work. They would tell the associates to get to work, while they went to go talk to another associate or employee. Overall people were positive, but if one person was feeling down, it brought the whole team down.
