There can be a lot of drama and hostility between staff members (a lot of he said, she said)

Pay! Truly a problem that needs to be fixed, especially on the associate level. Better way of looking at the local community and environment. We are surrounded by retail stores that are paying at least $4 more per hour on a average (starting pay). Culture is great but we are focused on a selling culture. We aren’t paying “salespeople” market pay, making it difficult for retention and recruiting.
