      There is room for advancement. There is a really good discount. They hold contests to reward associates.

      Cons

      None so far. I have not really been there long enough to see any.

      Pros

      Fantastic coworkers, amazing clientele, great culture. Product is high quality and technical as well as reasonably priced. A fun place to work and be involved in the fitness community.

      Cons

      There is a lack of training and support and accountability. The workload expectations tend to be unrealistic within the payroll guidelines.

      Pros

      I loved my co workers and I love the product. I also love that Athleta gets involved with the community to do things like Girls on the Run and having classes in the store. I really enjoyed that I could be a part of things like that. Athleta is also known for having the chi which is represents the feminine. They also have a blog which inspires woman to fuel a life in motion.

      Cons

      The product sometimes looks very similar to our partner stores like Gap who also has an athletic line. They should try to avoid that in order to be more successful. Credit cards goals
