      Fun people and environment, I recommend it.

      Cons

      There are no set hours, you find out when you will be working a week in advance which is tough to manage if you are a busy person.

      Pros

      Discount is great, 50 percent, the co-workers were super wonderful until they brought in a new manager. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, so I gave them my two weeks.

      Cons

      High turn over rate with co-workers and management. Gap company is huge and when you work for them, you are not special, you get lost in the shuffle.

      The brand is amazing! You get to work with exceptional women who are all passionate about healthy living. The product is fantastic, I live and breath it!

      Cons

      Extremely reactionary company, is not strategic is their business. Athleta needs to develop more patience and follow through with their plans. VERY poor management choices...was not always like this. Poor communication, major break down from departments, and HQ, DM, GM to store level. Puts leaders in difficult positions, have them wear too many hats than a person is capable of.
