      Pros

      I love Athleta and love that the people who work for this company believe in living the brand. It is an incredibly supportive work environment and I have had the opportunity to work at two locations and have seen great management from both.

      Cons

      Hiring and training. I think that training could be more structured and there could be more resources for employees, it's not bad, but could be improved.

      Pros

      Fun work environment, nice discounts, good managers. It was easy to pick up shifts and find coverage and it was fairly flexible. Managers offered incentives for doing a good job and recognized hard work.

      Cons

      There wasn't room for upward mobility, and very few full-time, benefitted positions. Would have been nice to have more incentives for those of us who worked very hard and had high sales.

      Pros

      The employee discount (which applies to the entire Gap family, including Athleta) is pretty great. The particular store I work at also has a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Scheduling is a little hectic at times; sometimes you're not notified of your schedule until pretty last-minute. Makes it difficult to plan things outside of work. Maybe this varies from state to state and whether you're full-time vs. part-time, but there should be overtime pay for overnight shifts.
