there are no pros except the discount.

Cons

work environment, store culture, upper field leadership, unrealistic expectations, hit or miss product, ZERO growth - recently eliminated management levels so they dont have to pay managers for the work that they do.

- Breaks 15 min every 4 hour shift - 1 hour unpaid and 2 15min break every 8 hour shift - Friendly atmosphere - Discount is Amazing

Cons

- Depending on where you work (Management) - Hard to get hours during slow season part time unless people give up shifts
