      Huge egos and very little empowerment of employees in certain departments with no vision or clear direction

      -B-corporation: many items made from recycled or sustainable materials &/or made in fair trade factories -Mission-driven: celebrates female empowerment through encouraging slogans on girl clothing & using models of all shapes, colors & sizes; promotes getting active -Team-oriented: Passionate leadership & friendly coworkers -Loyal & polite customers -50% full-price employee discount, 30% markdown employee discount, & discounts at sister stores Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy & Hill City -Gap Inc. matches volunteer hours employees put in at nonprofit of their choice -Respectful, fun & friendly management

      Cons

      -Low salary of $10 without much room for growth within same title. A better payout if you buy a lot of Gap Brand clothing. -Overwhelming volume for small physical store -Large team sometimes makes for gaps in training

      - You get a discount... but the clothes are poorly made

      Cons

      - Take advantage of employees with availability NO work life balance - Customers are horrible to employees - Managers are unprofessional and care more about the customer experience than their actual employees - Employees do not have a leg to stand on - They take customer is always right to the next level, and do not defend their employees
