Pros

Athleta's women's performance wear and life style clothing has always been well received when we would go out in the community at sponsored events. Being active, it was always fun to wear the latest styles to race in or work out in at the gym! Excellent product.

Cons

Pay is low and time allotted to put on an excellent event became limited when the new manager finally came on board, even though we were consistently bringing in ROI! The new managers don't know how to embrace their teams and lead.

Moderate entry-level pay for NYC retail, employee discount across Gap Inc, easily accessible location, beautiful store floor

Cons

90% straight white women working there, rigid and cold management, petty coworkers. Heard countless racist and transphobic things on the regular. Often have to deal with terrible, entitled clientele.
