Customers and staff are authentic and happy to be there. It always feels like we truly enjoy the product and the environment. By building supportive connections with our customers and each other, it's easier to sell through service and good advice.

Cons

Because most staff is part time, communication can be disjointed. Don't wait to be told things: ask a lot of questions on new product, new process, new standards, and staff changes.
