Pros

Athleta's women's performance wear and life style clothing has always been well received when we would go out in the community at sponsored events. Being active, it was always fun to wear the latest styles to race in or work out in at the gym! Excellent product.

Cons

Pay is low and time allotted to put on an excellent event became limited when the new manager finally came on board, even though we were consistently bringing in ROI! The new managers don't know how to embrace their teams and lead.

Room to grow, positive atmosphere, learning opportunities, valuable partnerships, and of course amazing clothing.

Cons

For the amount of work you do and the amount of effort you put in (depending on your position) they will not increase your pay to what you deserve.
