Pros
I worked with some great individuals while I was there and I was able to gain experience in many different departments.
Cons
Your immediate supervisor can make or break your career. You will never have any opportunity for growth if he/she is unwilling or unable to help you. There should be a way to get in touch with someone else in management and voice concerns without fear of retaliation (which is a real fear here). This company has changed so much in the past few years and the best people I worked with are all gone now.
