      Pros

      Love the culture & company mission (Power to the She!) Very standardized across all stores (I think we take customer service to a higher level than most other clothing retailers!)

      Cons

      Some months run very lean On-call shifts and just-in-time scheduling Colleagues at other locations have reported similar understaffing

      Pros

      Wonderful coworkers & managers. Everyone I work with is helpful and friendly. Positive vibe in the store. Great employee discount (50% off full-priced items and 30% off sale items, accessories, & shoes). Some flexibility when it comes to scheduling.

      Cons

      Pay is abysmal. Customers can sometimes be rude and demanding.

      As far as retail goes, Athleta is probably one of the more desirable companies to work for.

      Pros

      Salary is not based on commission, collaborative atmosphere, managers are friendly and equally involved on floor, product is easy to sell and get excited about with plenty of quarterly staff meetings and booklets on product, promotions look promising, and hours are pretty good/stable, everyone is always energetic and nice!

      Cons

      Retail is hard no matter where you work, no more than 3 (non paid) sick days per year (!), sometimes stores become stressed out if product is too expensive for the area its selling in.
