You get a discount on clothing.

Cons

The management team is very underhanded, there is a lot of backstabbing. The hours are TERRIBLE, there is no work life balance. Compensation is low. Employee and manager turnover is extremely high!

Athleta's mission is an amazing one. They really try to live up to those standards and encourage the community to get active

the company in recent months have been making a shift in its sales approach; giving off the gap inc feeling but still very authentic.
