      Pros

      Wonderful customers, healthy lifestyle influence, great products, positive work environment, flexible scheduling, fun classes. Athleta corporate really cares about their product quality, their influence on the community, and their customer.

      Cons

      Lack of hours, working nights and weekends. You want to buy a lot of the merchandise but it's still expensive. Small break room with no room to sit or move around.

      Pros

      Fun atmosphere, always about having a good time with both team members and customers, bonus opportunities for both full and part time employees, great work/life balance, great discount, constantly new and exciting

      Cons

      Difficult remaining consistent with new brand evolution, constant changes in upper field management, change their minds about policies quickly, brand is rapidly expanding creating a lot of ambiguity in your work, subjective development plans for leadership.

      Discount, enjoy most of my coworkers, love the clothing

      Cons

      Poor Managing, work life balance is hard when manager requires a weekend shift. I understand its retail but sometime outside life is more important and we have enough staff to juggle weekend shifts. Management needs to learn to schedule better.
