      Pros

      Hires at a higher pay rate than sister brands like Gap and Banana. Not just a "selling" mentality but more of a "listening" approach. No credit card to push. Awesome, functional and great-quality product that sells itself.

      Cons

      There is always one in mgmt that needs to try harder in being more active and acting the part of Athleta a little more.

      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunity and ability to move between all the sister companies.

      Cons

      If you are working in a store than the hours are less than favorable because it is retail. The fact that it is retail in itself is a con and can get a little tiresome.

      Pros

      Wonderful work atmosphere. Beautiful, easy to sell clothing and accessories. Great discount, clear incentives. Staff works as a team. Flexibility in time off. Good pay for retail.

      Cons

      Can't rely on consistent hours and therefore pay. Many times staff given coaching and ideas to improve sales that change like shifting sand. Only people who have full time roles are management.
