      I would say it is an amazing environment to work for. No drama, women are accepting and respectful. They lift you up!

      Pros

      Great company! They care about their employees. The discount is fantastic (50% off retail price.) I highly recommend and endorse this brand. Although I no longer work for the company, I still shop there!

      Cons

      There is no cons I can think of. Retail can be challenging at times, but it has nothing to do with the company itself.

      Pros

      - Great discount - Organized and well-structured - Competitive pay - Team leaders, sales floor manager, and assistant manager are all really nice and helpful - Love the company mission and values

      Cons

      - Management is pretty strict, they expect a lot out of you - The constant push of selling Athleta Cards to customers who really don't want them - General manager is really strict, doesn't try to get to know you on a personal level, and can be quite mean. Constant criticism, most of which is unnecessary - They constantly expect you to come in early, stay late, or take extra shifts - Almost no training for new hires. They just throw you into the business and it's pretty stressful trying to learn everything yourself - Since it's part of a large corporation things get very complicated and non-personal - Basically no advancement opportunities - I usually left work feeling unappreciated
