      Pros

      I loved my co workers and I love the product. I also love that Athleta gets involved with the community to do things like Girls on the Run and having classes in the store. I really enjoyed that I could be a part of things like that. Athleta is also known for having the chi which is represents the feminine. They also have a blog which inspires woman to fuel a life in motion.

      Cons

      The product sometimes looks very similar to our partner stores like Gap who also has an athletic line. They should try to avoid that in order to be more successful. Credit cards goals

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Athleta, primarily because of the people that I worked with. They were encouraging, funny, and great people. I worked here while being a student, and the managers did a great job of understanding that I was a student first and they worked with my schedule each quarter. I felt appreciated, and I made so many great friends while working at Athleta!

      Cons

      I would say the only con is that this is a job in the service industry, and you don't always get the most pleasant customers. There also was not a lot of career opportunities for me to advance while I worked there, especially as a part time, which was disappointing. I also wish that there was a better system in place for getting raises, but that is dictated by Gap Inc., the parent company.
