Pros
You get to work with a lot of inspiring people and the enironment is relatively relaxed. It was a good way to quickly learn retail skills, as well as event management skills-- as athleta hosts several class, book signings, and other events.
Cons
The store was poorly managed. When time was requested off a month in advance for athletic reasons, I was told I would need to resign and could re apply later.
